The Black Business Tour is a transformative youth development initiative designed to expand horizons and unlock possibilities. By taking young children on curated visits to Black-owned businesses and organizations led by Black executives, the program provides early exposure to industries and career paths beyond the stereotypical “standard jobs.”

The Black Business Tour is more than a field trip—it is an investment in the future workforce and the next generation of Black leaders. Children are introduced to entrepreneurs, executives, and innovators in diverse industries such as finance, healthcare, technology, law, and hospitality. Each stop showcases not just success stories but also pathways for ownership, leadership, and wealth creation.

This program is a comprehensive educational experience. Outside of the actual tours participants take part in financial literacy classes that teach the fundamentals of money management, ownership, and wealth-building. They engage in hands-on activities, workshops, and camps where real-world examples come to life: creating mock budgets, pitching business ideas, exploring STEM-focused projects, and shadowing professionals across industries.
