Join us for a refreshing blend of movement, mindset, and meaningful conversation. Boss Walks are walking and wellness sessions designed for entrepreneurs and leaders to connect, reflect, and recharge. Each walk is focused on themes like goal-setting, overcoming challenges, or financial wellness, all while promoting physical health, mental clarity, and real connection. This Boss Walk will be led by Latoya Owens, NBCC, LMHC-A.
Latoya Owens, NBCC, LMHC-A, is a compassionate clinical mental health counselor specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. She uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, attachment theory, and ACT, to foster a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. Her work with the Department of Child Services exposed mental health disparities in underserved communities, inspiring her commitment to advocacy and culturally responsive care.
